Pakuluan sa suka at tubig ang isda, na dalawang bahagi ang tubig at isang bahagi ang suka. Pagkulo ay hanguin. Magpirito sa mantika ng bawang at sibuyas. Kung mapula na ay ihulog ang gilit ng isda at gayon din ang sabaw na halyuan ng kaunting asin at toyo.
