Pancit Malabon has thick noodles, and the sauce is already mixed in with the noodles before serving. The toppings and ingredients are mostly seafood like squid and shrimps.
To compare, Pancit Palabok has thin noodles, and the sauce is served on top of the noodles. It is up to the eater to mix the sauce thoroughly with the noodles.
