For one kilo of cleaned, tail-pulled tulingan, you will need:
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 whole garlic, minced
4 pcs sili green
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
Arrange and slowly boil for two hours with very low heat until cooked.
