Memories of Philippine Kitchens is by the owners and chef of Soho’s Cendrillon restaurant. Among the contributors are food columnist Doreen Fernandez and other Filipino culinary notables who grew up eating and cooking the dishes and are recognized experts of Philippine cuisine.
